Systemic constellation work

Systemic constellation work is a central tool in my team and process support.

It makes visible what works in systems - in teams, organisations, schools or in a personal context.
Dynamics, roles, tensions and implicit orders become tangible and can be reorganised.

Constellations do not work primarily through analysis, but through perception, resonance and relationship.
This results in solutions that are not only conceived, but supported.

Insight into my way of working

In this short video you will get an impression of how I work with systemic constellation work.

Why constellations work

Constellations work with perception and resonance.
They make implicit dynamics visible - beyond pure analysis.

What was previously diffuse takes shape in space.
This creates new perspectives and sustainable decisions.

Systemic and organisational constellations – understanding transformation in organisations and institutions

Organisations are living systems.
When roles, expectations and unspoken dynamics become visible, a new ability to act emerges.

Systemic constellations help managers and teams to get in touch with the inner logic of their system - and to create solutions that really work.

Individual and online constellations

Not all topics belong in a team.
Some processes begin in a personal context.

In individual or online constellations, we clarify inner dynamics, decision-making issues or roles in the larger system.

A quiet space for orientation and inner order.

Dance constellations

Dance constellations combine free movement with systemic perception.

What cannot be expressed in words can be expressed in the body.
A space for encounters, resonance and transformation.

Light. Alive. True.

Voices from the field

Engineer Stefan H. Lampert

“The constellation with Sebastian was deeply moving for me. I was especially impressed by his sensitivity in choosing the representatives and how the process unfolded almost by itself. In the end, I felt a profound sense of calm and inner liberation – something released across generations.”

Markus Haller, entrepreneur and founder of Haller Interior Design (50+ employees)

“The constellation work with Sebastian left a deep impression on me. With great sensitivity, openness and appreciation, he accompanies people – without pressure, without stress, and always with a tangible joy in what he does. His way of communicating shows that he is not only a skilled facilitator of constellations, but also an excellent teacher.”

“For me, meeting someone like him was something truly unique – his work is a great gift. I see enormous potential in it and wholeheartedly support it.”

Wolfgang Stadler, entrepreneur and founder of iFlow

“I experienced Sebi during the iFlow constellations – and I was deeply impressed. What inspires me most is his special way of working with people and energy. Despite his vast knowledge and many years of experience, he remains open, present and curious. He does not follow a rigid method, but his intuition – and it is exactly through this that something truly magical emerges.”

“When Sebi opens the space, you immediately feel that something is allowed to move. He has the ability to let a deeper order emerge out of what appears to be chaos. Everything is welcome, nothing is pushed away – and suddenly the system begins to reorganize itself. Everyone in the room can discover their own individual truth, beyond concepts or expectations.”

“Sebi is not a coach who tries to please. He polarizes, he provokes, he mirrors – and that is exactly what makes his work so powerful. Through his presence and clarity he dissolves blockages, brings hidden themes to the surface and opens doors one might never have dared to walk through before. For me, Sebi is a person of incredible depth, courage and heart. A companion who does not lecture, but creates spaces in which healing, insight and real transformation can happen.”

Eva Lehner

Biology teacher at Langenthal Gymnasium

“The advanced training in learning constellations was a true enrichment for me – both personally and didactically. I was especially impressed by how easily complex biological processes can become tangible through constellations. Whether it was the constellation on the action potential, on the distribution of genetic traits, or on interactions within ecosystems – I took away many ideas that I could apply immediately, which have since visibly enriched my teaching and have been received with great enthusiasm by my students. These methods not only foster conceptual understanding, but also strengthen the class community and the personal connection to biological topics.”

“I can highly recommend the use of learning constellations to all teachers who want to make their biology lessons more varied and enrich the traditional classroom situation – sitting at the desk with a laptop – through movement, encounter and active participation.”

Magdalena

Midwife

“I wanted to thank you once again for the wonderful constellation session — it is still resonating. What impressed me most was the way you guided the process: with trust and deep sensitivity, without taking control or steering it. I am a trained midwife, and your way of facilitating reminded me very much of the work of a good midwife — or, as Socrates would call it, of maieutics. You held the space, perceived, mirrored, asked questions — always with the intention of bringing us closer to ourselves, helping us feel safe and free — and without projecting that you already knew where it should go. As a group, we gave birth under your wise guidance. Simply wonderful. I hope you continue with this work. Please let me know when and where your next constellations take place. At the moment I am no longer working as a midwife for physical births — or only rarely — but as a midwife for an organisation, supporting its leadership. And even there I see daily how this attitude can lead the way. Sometimes I think a good part of successful leadership is also midwifery. Maybe you know this as a teacher too.”

Frank Baumeler

“Sebastian’s experiment of trying the format of an online constellation felt successful to me. What this means for how we understand the world to unfold, I can only begin to sense – but in short, I would say: everything is everywhere, always. For me personally, these sessions opened up something enormous, without the perception of any boundary. Thank you, Sebi, for your joy in experimentation :)”
