Constellations
Spaces for connection and movement
Constellations are, for me, an invitation to come into contact – with ourselves, with our body intelligence, and with an intelligence larger than we are.
In constellations, what is at work within us becomes visible – even beyond words. We sense relationships, fields of resonance and the subtle language of our nervous system.
Whether in schools, in learning, in organisations or in dance: constellations open spaces where stuck patterns can dissolve, new perspectives can emerge and aliveness becomes tangible.
They connect body, mind and emotion – and lead us back to where learning, relationship and development can flow again.
Why constellations work
Our nervous system is a resonance organ. It unconsciously receives information that guides us long before we can think it.
In constellations, a space emerges in which this implicit knowledge becomes tangible – physically, emotionally, mentally.
This is how new pathways become visible – in learning, in relationships, in life.
Testimonials from participants
Reconciliation across generations
Ing. Ing. Stefan H. Lampert
“The constellation with Sebastian was deeply moving for me. I was especially impressed by his sensitivity in choosing the representatives and how the process unfolded almost by itself. In the end, I felt a profound sense of calm and inner liberation – something released across generations.”
Organisations in transformation – leading in alignment with what is at work
Markus Haller, entrepreneur and founder of Haller Interior Design (50+ employees)
“The constellation work with Sebastian left a deep impression on me. With great sensitivity, openness and appreciation, he accompanies people – without pressure, without stress, and always with a tangible joy in what he does. His way of communicating shows that he is not only a skilled facilitator of constellations, but also an excellent teacher.”
“For me, meeting someone like him was something truly unique – his work is a great gift. I see enormous potential in it and wholeheartedly support it.”
From chaos to order – spaces in which the new can emerge
Wolfgang Stadler, entrepreneur and founder of iFlow
“I experienced Sebi during the iFlow constellations – and I was deeply impressed. What inspires me most is his special way of working with people and energy. Despite his vast knowledge and many years of experience, he remains open, present and curious. He does not follow a rigid method, but his intuition – and it is exactly through this that something truly magical emerges.”
“When Sebi opens the space, you immediately feel that something is allowed to move. He has the ability to let a deeper order emerge out of what appears to be chaos. Everything is welcome, nothing is pushed away – and suddenly the system begins to reorganize itself. Everyone in the room can discover their own individual truth, beyond concepts or expectations.”
“Sebi is not a coach who tries to please. He polarizes, he provokes, he mirrors – and that is exactly what makes his work so powerful. Through his presence and clarity he dissolves blockages, brings hidden themes to the surface and opens doors one might never have dared to walk through before. For me, Sebi is a person of incredible depth, courage and heart. A companion who does not lecture, but creates spaces in which healing, insight and real transformation can happen.”
Making complex biological processes tangible through constellations
Eva Lehner
Biology teacher at Langenthal Gymnasium
“The advanced training in learning constellations was a true enrichment for me – both personally and didactically. I was especially impressed by how easily complex biological processes can become tangible through constellations. Whether it was the constellation on the action potential, on the distribution of genetic traits, or on interactions within ecosystems – I took away many ideas that I could apply immediately, which have since visibly enriched my teaching and have been received with great enthusiasm by my students. These methods not only foster conceptual understanding, but also strengthen the class community and the personal connection to biological topics.”
“I can highly recommend the use of learning constellations to all teachers who want to make their biology lessons more varied and enrich the traditional classroom situation – sitting at the desk with a laptop – through movement, encounter and active participation.”
Facilitating constellations with trust and sensitivity
Magdalena
Midwife
“I wanted to thank you once again for the wonderful constellation session — it is still resonating. What impressed me most was the way you guided the process: with trust and deep sensitivity, without taking control or steering it. I am a trained midwife, and your way of facilitating reminded me very much of the work of a good midwife — or, as Socrates would call it, of maieutics. You held the space, perceived, mirrored, asked questions — always with the intention of bringing us closer to ourselves, helping us feel safe and free — and without projecting that you already knew where it should go. As a group, we gave birth under your wise guidance. Simply wonderful. I hope you continue with this work. Please let me know when and where your next constellations take place. At the moment I am no longer working as a midwife for physical births — or only rarely — but as a midwife for an organisation, supporting its leadership. And even there I see daily how this attitude can lead the way. Sometimes I think a good part of successful leadership is also midwifery. Maybe you know this as a teacher too.”
Online constellations
Frank Baumeler
“Sebastian’s experiment of trying the format of an online constellation felt successful to me. What this means for how we understand the world to unfold, I can only begin to sense – but in short, I would say: everything is everywhere, always. For me personally, these sessions opened up something enormous, without the perception of any boundary. Thank you, Sebi, for your joy in experimentation :)”
Offerings:
Learning Constellations – movement in space, movement in thinking

Learning constellations make complex topics tangible and experiential.
When body, mind and emotion come together, a holistic learning experience emerges – one that moves, clarifies and resonates beyond the moment.
They bring depth and dynamic movement into learning processes – in the classroom, in groups or in personal exploration.
What they make possible:
- discover hidden potential in learners and teachers
- making unconscious resources visible (over 90% of our nervous system operates unconsciously)
- enrich learning processes through interaction, movement and reflection
Formats:
- classical learning constellations (to illustrate subject-specific topics)
- mental learning constellations (on motivation, attention and inner order)
- literary constellations (experiencing texts and characters through the body)
👉 For schools, trainings and groups who want to experience learning as something alive.
Video: Learning Constellations – briefly explained
In this short video, I explain how learning constellations work and why they make complex topics easier to grasp. You’ll see how movement, embodiment and relational perception bring depth and clarity into learning processes – and why this approach opens new perspectives for students, teachers and groups.
Examples of learning constellations:
- Muscle Contraction
- Signal conduction in a neuron
- Digestion
- Interactions in (eco)systems
- Osmosis
- Membrane trafficking and endocytosis

School Constellations – How can school succeed?

Venue on 23 November: Waldhaus Lützelflüh, Waldhaus 35, 3432 Lützelflüh
How can learning in school truly succeed – sustainably, joyfully, and in an atmosphere where people genuinely feel at ease?
Constellation work makes structures, relationships and dynamics visible – the ones that support learning, and the ones that block it.
In a safe and mindful setting, impulses emerge that strengthen joy in learning, dissolve blockages and make school come alive again as a place of growth.
Themen:
- How parents can support children in their learning
- Creating conditions for joyful learning
- Recognising and dissolving blocks in learning and school life
- Strengthening relationships between teachers, learners and parents
- Reflecting on one’s own role in the learning process
Systemic and organisational constellations – understanding transformation in organisations and institutions
Organisations are living systems.
Their success depends significantly on how much the system acknowledges what is – and whether its inner order is aligned.
Only where there is order, something can be. And only where chaos is allowed, something can develop.
Systemic and organisational constellations make visible what is at work beneath the surface: tensions, unspoken loyalties, lack of acknowledgment, or roles that are unclear or misaligned.
When structures and relationships come into the right order, energy can flow again.
This is where the kind of creative tension arises in which development becomes possible.
Albert Einstein put it this way:
“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
In constellations, this is exactly what we experience – a way of thinking that is not based on analysis, but on resonance, perception and connection.
They enable leaders and teams to connect with the inner logic of their system – and to allow solutions to emerge that are truly sustainable.
