In Beziehungen, Teams, Familien, Schulen und Organisationen wirken oft Dynamiken, die sich nicht allein über Denken und Analyse erfassen lassen.

Systemische Aufstellungen machen sichtbar, was im Verborgenen wirkt:
Rollen, Spannungen, Bindungen, Erwartungen und Bewegungen innerhalb eines Systems.

What was previously diffuse takes shape in space.
So entstehen neue Perspektiven, Orientierung und Lösungen, die nicht nur gedacht, sondern getragen sind.

Meine Arbeitsweise

Ich arbeite mit systemischen Aufstellungen in unterschiedlichen Kontexten:
mit Einzelpersonen, Gruppen, Teams und Organisationen.

Im Zentrum steht nicht die schnelle Lösung,
sondern ein Raum von Wahrnehmung, Resonanz und Präsenz.

Oft entsteht Veränderung nicht dadurch, dass wir etwas „machen“,
sondern dadurch, dass sichtbar werden darf, was bereits wirkt.

Meine Arbeit verbindet systemisches Denken mit Körperwahrnehmung, Lebendigkeit und einer achtsamen Form von Prozessbegleitung.

Dieses kurze Video vermittelt einen Einblick in meine Arbeitsweise. Es ist bewusst nicht perfekt.
Die Musik ist von Hand gespielt, die Aufnahmen spontan entstanden.
Denn in meiner Arbeit geht es nicht um Inszenierung — sondern um Räume, in denen Echtheit, Resonanz und Lebendigkeit entstehen dürfen.

Familienaufstellungen

Familiäre Prägungen und unbewusste Bindungen wirken oft stärker, als wir denken.

Familienaufstellungen helfen dabei, innere Muster, wiederkehrende Konflikte oder belastende Dynamiken sichtbar zu machen — und neue Bewegungen möglich werden zu lassen.

Ein Raum für Klärung, Versöhnung und innere Ordnung.


Lebendigkeitsaufstellungen

Manchmal geht es nicht um ein konkretes Problem.
Sondern darum, wieder in Kontakt mit der eigenen Lebendigkeit zu kommen.

Lebendigkeitsaufstellungen öffnen einen Raum für das, was im Inneren wachsen, fliessen oder sich neu entfalten möchte.

Eine Einladung, dem Leben wieder näher zu kommen.


Online constellations

Nicht jede Begegnung braucht einen gemeinsamen physischen Raum.

Auch online können Aufstellungen tiefe Einsichten und berührende Prozesse ermöglichen.

Für Menschen, die räumlich entfernt sind oder sich zuerst im geschützten Rahmen annähern möchten.

Dance constellations combine free movement with systemic perception.

Vor einigen Jahren führte mich die Lektüre von Bert Hellingers Autobiografie zurück zu einer Arbeit, die mich schon lange begleitet hatte. Daraus entstand eine neue Verbindung zur Aufstellungsarbeit und später auch zu den Lernaufstellungen in der Schule.
