I was especially impressed by how easily complex biological processes can become tangible through constellations. Whether it was the constellation on the action potential, on the distribution of genetic traits, or on interactions within ecosystems \u2013 I took away many ideas that I could apply immediately, which have since visibly enriched my teaching and have been received with great enthusiasm by my students. What impressed me most was the way you guided the process: with trust and deep sensitivity, without taking control or steering it. I am a trained midwife, and your way of facilitating reminded me very much of the work of a good midwife \u2014 or, as Socrates would call it, of maieutics. You held the space, perceived, mirrored, asked questions \u2014 always with the intention of bringing us closer to ourselves, helping us feel safe and free \u2014 and without projecting that you already knew where it should go.
